There’s only a handful of stores that, once they’ve decided to land on the Las Vegas Strip, make me giddy. Henri Bendel is one of them. A friend introduced me to “Bendels” back in the 90′s. I was in awe of the coolness this place exuded. I wanted, had to, buy something from there. Anything, to be able to go home to Las Vegas and say, “Oh, this little trinket? Yes, it’s from Bendels. You can’t get it here.” When I learned that not only would there be one store opening in the Fashion Show Mall, but another one at the Forum Shops, you can only imagine my excitement!

I had the opportunity to see the store first hand before opening to the public that evening. While there, President Chris Fiore was also on hand to answer any questions about Henri Bendel’s entrance into the Las Vegas marketplace.

That’s right, Baby! And, let me tell you, Henri Bendel has been the missing link to complete the ultimate fashionista’s wardrobe. Deemed the Girl’s Playground, you most definitely can get lost and have fun playing with all the available accessories and gifts at Bendels. From jewelry, to handbags, wallets, travel accessories, sunglasses, home fragrance and cosmetics, and with an accessible luxury price point, there is something for everyone here. The Holiday collection, which drops October 31st, will also carry a unique selection of home fragrances and edible goods specific to Holiday flair.

The brown and white stripes have become an iconic symbol in the fashion world. Just like that little blue box that has become synonymous with a special gift, us West Coasters will very soon start to recognize and generate the same amount of excitement when handed a brown and white stripped Bendel bag. You will want to open it up right away to see what’s inside!
