We did it! We rocked the House of the Mouse at Mickey’s Halloween Party this weekend. More to come on this fun-filled, family event, but in the meantime, I want your family to experience this fabulously frightful time! i spend my nevada day with my children who mean the world to me. We go to the park, go to the zoo or just stay home and play dress up and watch disney movies
We spend our NV Day home from school – so we get ready for Halloween!!!!
My son and I love Disneyland! Being a single mom this would be quite a treat for us! Looks like you guys had a blast!
We spend Nevada Day getting ready for whatever Halloween events we have planned! This year we are hosting a Black & White Circus themed party! So excited
I spend Nevada Day going to the pumpkin patch or baking cupcakes with my kids and getting ready for our Halloween Night
My favorite memory is when I took my daughter to Disneyland dressed up as Alice in Wonderland and then when we met the Mad Hatter character, he made such a fuss over her and she had so much fun.
I’ve never attended Nevada Day but would like to this year and see the parade honoring the military. My daughter is in the Army and has served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Until recently, I didn’t realize that Nevada Day even existed (we are new to Vegas, plus kids don’t go to public school so I never realized it). So for us, Nevada Day hasn’t been spent any particular way, but I’ve enjoyed learning more about it and agree that Nevada Day weekend would be a great time to go to Disneyland.
We have never attended but the parade would be pretty cool.
You guys look great all in costume! How fun! What a fun contest too. I love Disneyland! Nevada Day is BIG at our house and so is Halloween so this would be perfect! I remember going to Disneyland as a child and even the “E” tickets! Lol!
